Description

A Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse, including inventory management, staff supervision, and ensuring efficient and safe storage and distribution of goods.

Requirements

Oversee inventory management and ensure stock levels are accurate.
Supervise warehouse staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensure the safe and efficient storage of goods.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage warehouse layout and organization to optimize space and workflow.
Implement and oversee logistics operations for smooth distribution.
Monitor and manage warehouse equipment maintenance and repair.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and order statuses.
Handle order picking and shipping to meet customer deadlines.

Bonuses
